ISLAMABAD: Islamabad District Court accepted on Friday bails application, filed by Nayyar Bokari and his guard in a case regarding thrashing a policeman on duty, subject to furnishing surety bonds of Rs 20,000 each.
As per details, Tariq mehmood Jehangri counsel for Nayyar Bokhari and his guard has taken stance in application that police official of special branch was in plain clothes and according to law no one has right to search anybody in plan clothes.
He maintained that First Information Report (FIR) is based on “mala fide” intention. The court while accepting the protective bails application adjourned the case until May 16.
