PANJGUR: The Frontier Corps successfully foiled a potential terror attack in the district and seized several arms and ammunition from a compound.
According to sources, the FC corps conducted an operation in collaboration with the intelligence agencies and impounded a large stockpile of weapons and explosives from the Panjgur District’s area of Sabzab. These weapons included 26 rockets, ready for use IEDs, 1,350 bullets, 2 rifles, hand grenades and several rounds among others.
However, there are no reports of any arrests made in this process. Further investigations are underway to capture the occupants of the compound and the recovered arsenal.
